Optional Equipment for Vapor Generators

 

Kraft Energy™ offers optional equipment and accessories for all vapor generators that are designed to integrate seamlessly into the mechanical and/or electrical architecture of the vapor generators.

Sound Enclosure Panels

If the vapor generator is to be installed in a working area, it is recommended that the unit be outfitted with these noise enclosure panels. The vapor generator typically operates at a sound level equal to 115 dB due to the rotary lobe compressor located on the unit.

  • Enclosure panels provide a noise reduction of 30dB
  • Panels are hinged and removable for easy access
  • Lockable panels prevent unauthorized access


Note: The panel does not protect against water ingress.

Gas Compressor and Motor

At sites where a gas pressure equal to 15 psi, 1000 mbar is not possible, Kraft Energy™ has designed a gas pressure booster station in order to operate at gas pressures below 1 psi, 100 mbar. In the case of all vapor generators, this equipment is fitted on the frame of the equipment. In the case of the Micro™, VaporMini™ and VaporMini Plus™, the gas booster station is a stand alone device that requires a firm and level floor.

  1. Gas compressor with mechanical seals
  2. Electrical Motor with VFD drive
  3. Overpressure regulator and flexible joints

Automatic Vapor Temperature Control

The automatic vapor temperature control allows for the automatic control of the vapor temperature based on the flow of water into the combustion process. This system provides a benefit where precise control of moisture content is critical to the curing process and where slight water pressure fluctuations can be offset with the automatic vapor temperature control. The system includes a:

  1. Motorized stainless steel needle valve
  2. PLC controller
  3. Temperature Sensor
