Kraft Energy™ offers three compact-size generators that provide
many of the same features found on the full-size models. The Kraft Energy™ Micro™, VaporMini™ and VaporMini Plus™ share
similar benefits and construction features.
Benefits of Compact Vapor Generators
- Models take up little space
- In extreme instances they can be used directly on-site
- Utilize off-the-shelf components that are easily replaced
- Same major benefits as their larger counterparts
- Economically priced
- Great for precast plants with remotely located curing areas
to service with individual units and short pipe runs versus a
single unit and long pipe runs
- Relay logic control systems, utilizing switches and indicator
lights

Available Options
- Noise enclosure panels with removable panels for access
- Gas compressor, motor and frequency inverter for low (below
15 psi, 100 mbar) incoming gas pressure
- Automatic vapor temperature control with motorized stainless
steel needle valve
- Choice of AutoCure™ curing control system
Comparison
All three compact generators operate at a single speed. They differ
in their vapor output and curing capacity. Please note that the
curing capacity of each unit depends on the indoor vs. outdoor
application,
quality of enclosure or tarp, semi-dry vs. wet-cast, turnaround
time requirements and maximum desired curing temperature. The data
provided is a guide only and should be discussed with a Kraft Energy™ applications
engineer.
