Sound enclosures for concrete production equipment from Kraft Energy™ reduce noise in the workplace. Noise reduction increases worker health and safety and leads to more effective production.

These custom-built enclosures provide the highest level of noise protection, especially in the lower frequencies, without limiting access to the production equipment for routine maintenance and form/mould changes.

Noise-Insulated Enclosure

Materials: The insulation material is vibration-proof and protected from granular floatation. Long-term service conditions do not degrade the panels’ noise absorption. The ceiling is non-load bearing.

Colour: The standard colour combination for the sound enclosures is beige inside with a light grey panel outside. Other colour combinations are available.

Entrances:

1. One large door for lift truck or form/mould change equipment access
2. Two personnel doors
3. Three sound protection windows
4. Two openings in the enclosure ceiling for fresh concrete delivery
5. One entry for empty pallets

Operator Control Room

An upgrade to the standard noise-insulated enclosure, the operator control room is noise-insulated and protects against dust, temperature extremes and humidity. The operator control room creates a secure and quiet location from which to maintain control over all production equipment. It is also a clean area for keeping control panels and computers. The operator control room location provides a line-of-sight view of the production machine, wet side, dry side and curing chambers.
