Data Loggers
 

Kraft Energy™ supplies miniature data loggers that provide for the measurement of:

  1. Internal concrete temperature
  2. Curing environment temperature and
  3. Relative humidity

These tiny units are completely mobile and operate using battery cells. The units are used to measure temperature in various locations in the curing chambers to determine if temperatures are consistent. The units begin measuring when they are energized with a magnet. When measuring is completed, they are connected to a computer and the data is read via a software package. This data may be stored and then viewed on screen or printed for a paper record. The software package also offers several ways of manipulating the data to indicate trends or inconsistencies.


The Tinytag™ Temperature Logger

  1. Measures temperature ranges of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C)
  2. Sensor is internally mounted or external as required.
  3. Accurate within +/- 0.36°F (+/- 0.2°C) from 32°F to 158°F (0°C to 70°C)
  4. Logging intervals of one second to 10 days
  5. Two fully programmable alarms
  6. IP68 waterproof rating in a depth of up to 50ft (15m) and when the connector cap and sensor probe are both securely fitted
  7. Encapsulated 10k NTC Thermistor sensor
  8. Memory size is 16k (non volatile)
  9. Approximately 16,000 readings
  10. 8 bit resolution
  11. Rugged and self-contained
  12. Use with standard Data Logger PC download cable

The Tinytag Plus™ Relative Humidity Logger

  1. Measures relative humidity ranging from 0 to 100%rH
  2. Accurate within 77°F (+/-3% at 25°C)
  3. Logging intervals of one second to 10 days
  4. Two fully programmable alarms
  5. Low temperature dependency
  6. Functional range is -4°F to 185°F (-20°C to 85°C)
  7. Sensor is mounted on the side of the unit
  8. Memory size is 16k (non volatile)
  9. Approximately 16,000 readings
  10. 8 bit resolution
  11. Rugged and self-contained
  12. Use with standard Data Logger PC download cable
