Air Re-Exhaust is the exhausting of warm moist air from chambers
which have finished curing into chambers that are still being
heated. This allows for the efficient re-use of heated and moist
air, while still providing exhaust to the atmosphere when this is
not required.
Nautilus Radial Re-Exhaust Ventilation
Similar to the exhaust system, the re-exhaust system combines the
benefits of exhausting with the benefits of circulation, allowing
the heat and moisture exhausted out of one chamber to be used to
heat another chamber or chambers. This system also maintains perfect
air circulation within each chamber.
Operating Features
- Similar operating features and performance characteristics
as the exhaust system
- Additional benefit of re-use of heat
and moisture – saving
energy in the curing process
- The re-exhaust system operates
completely automatically, determining the most
efficient means of exhausting and
supplying from one
chamber to another
- An automatic by-pass permits exhausting
to atmosphere when re-exhausting is not required
