Kraft Energy™ is one of only a few companies serving the manufactured concrete products industry with a separate Customer Service Department. Because our focus is customer satisfaction, we continue to grow this department as we gain clients.

The Customer Service Department carries out the following duties:

  3. Troubleshooting via the telephone
  4. Spare part sales
  5. On-site repair and maintenance
  6. Hardware and software upgrades

 

Service & Maintenance Contract

One often forgotten, yet important, requirement of owning and operating a curing system is periodic maintenance to provide years of dependable service. With the time demands placed on producers of manufactured concrete products, this work often gets overlooked until it is too late – then production suffers.
