Vapor Curing SAVES MONEY by:

1. Allowing faster turnaround times, which reduces inventory.
2. Reducing the amount of cement needed by more efficiently hydrating the mixture. (In air-dried curing, the water-cement ratio does not hydrate all the cement; up to 20 percent of the cement is wasted. With vapor curing, more of the cement is hydrated, which means that less cement needs to be used in the mixture.)
3. More uniform colour and strength
